A Rwandan bakery that bakes the local harvest.
Wheatburn bakes on cassava, sorghum, millet, honey, groundnut and Rwandan fruit — and names every product in Kinyarwanda first, with a short English gloss for visitors.
We are working towards Made in Rwanda registration, HACCP discipline and the RBS S-Mark. None of those is claimed as held today.
